Sciencell研究實驗室的HCF-aa是從人胎兒心房分離得到的,原代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度超過5×10^5/ml。細胞特性經(jīng)纖維粘連蛋白免疫熒光鑒定。本細胞經(jīng)檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實驗室特制的培養(yǎng)基,可保證此細胞15倍增增殖。
