人肝細胞 HH  的詳細介紹
肝臟是許多重要功能的關(guān)鍵器官,包括能量代謝、外源性化學(xué)物質(zhì)生物轉(zhuǎn)化、生理和病理條件下血漿蛋白合成、以及解毒作用[1]。人肝細胞是多功能細胞,包括蛋白質(zhì)合成、膽固醇合成、儲存蛋白質(zhì)、產(chǎn)生并分泌膽汁以及解毒作用[1-3]。HH是體外培養(yǎng)用來研究肝功能、新陳代謝和肝病非常好的模型。了解肝臟的分子機制可能有助于闡明治療肝臟疾病的新療法。
Sciencell研究實驗室的臍靜脈內(nèi)皮細胞是從人肝臟分離得到的,原代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度超過5×10^6/ml。細胞特性經(jīng)白蛋白、cytokeratin-18 and vimentin免疫熒光鑒定。本細胞經(jīng)檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母菌和真菌。HH不能擴大培養(yǎng)或者產(chǎn)期培養(yǎng),因為它不能增殖。

    Can you provide more detail on the source of these cells and general characteristics other than "HH from ScienCell Research Laboratories are isolated from human liver"? Derived from healthy liver tissue, any particular liver site for selection of cellular material, how derived, normal karyotype?

    Thanks for asking! Human Hepatocytes are isolated from healthy liver tissue. We have donor information for each lot, if you would like specific information please email sales@sciencellonline.com or call us at 760-602-8549. Due to tissue limitation, there is no particular site in the liver we get cells from. We use the entire liver tissues we obtain. Please let us know if you have any more questions. Thank you!
